Description:
Teachers and students
who use the Internet as a learning tool have opportunities not only to
access a vast library of information but also to become part of an
evolving global community. Effective lessons developed by educators
comfortable with the World Wide Web turn students into motivated,
lifelong, independent learners. In this course participants will find
Internet resources to support their curriculum construct and implement
lesson plans using these resources. The community of learners will
critique one another’s lessons to provide support and make suggestions
for revisions.
Suggested Time: 7 weeks of online work with daily participation
expected, outside readings, and assignments to complete 45 contact
hours.
